    A popular, community-focused running group based in Lancaster, PA, aimed at fostering connections and wellness through weekly runs. It emphasizes inclusivity for all fitness levels, ranging from beginners to experienced runners, with a social, high-energy Vibe!

    Tread House

    Founded by Megan Fessler-McCarthy, a former division 1 athlete, mother, coach + lifelong believer in the power of movement, tread house was born from a deep desire to build something different. Something real. A place where strength is measured not just in pounds lifted or miles run, but in community, in courage, in showing up on the hard days.
    They have been voted the #1 workout studio in the area, not just for our science-backed programming or best-in-class equipment, but because of the soul we pour into everything we do. Classes are designed with intention, led by nationally certified coaches who practice what they preach, + fueled by a passion to help every human unlock their potential.

    Orange Theory

    *Our Next Door Neighbors*
    Orangetheory's fitness program is built around five heart rate training zones, designed to ensure you train at the right intensity for your fitness level. The goal is to spend 12 to 20 minutes in the "Orange Zone," where your heart rate is elevated to supercharge your metabolism, burn fat, and continue burning calories for up to 24 hours after class.
    Their system tracks your body's response in real time, showing which heart rate zone you're in and helping you adjust your effort to align with your personal goals. Unlike traditional high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes, Orangetheory's workouts are adaptable, allowing you to adjust intensity to match your fitness level and what you aim to achieve each day.

    Girls on the Run

    Girls on the Run inspires individuals of all abilities to discover, build, and grow their self-confidence. Together, they experience a sense of belonging and connection as a team. Volunteer coaches facilitate lessons that blend physical activity with life skill development, including managing emotions, fostering friendships, and expressing empathy. At the end of the season, the team completes a Community Impact Project and a 5K together, which provides a tangible sense of accomplishment and sets a confident mindset into motion. The Inside Track supports GOTR each season, offering the Girls and coaches discounts and we love donating shoes to the program.
