How do I use my HSA/FSA benefits at Inside Track?
We are happy to process your qualifying purchase using your HSA or FSA card at checkout. Since we are specialty retailer, your HSA/FSA card may not recognize us as an eligible merchant. Don't worry—getting reimbursed is a simple 3-step process:
- Check Eligibility & Get Your LMN
- Verify: Ensure the footwear, insoles, or gear is HSA/FSA eligible.
- The "LMN": For footwear and some gear, you will need a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from a doctor. This document proves the purchase is needed to treat, prevent, or relieve pain from a medical condition, such as plantar fasciitis or diabetes, instead of being used for general fitness or to improve performance.
- Shop & Save Your Receipt
- Purchase your qualifying products using your preferred personal payment method (cash, debit, or credit).
- Important: Keep the itemized receipt we provide after checkout. This is your "Proof of Purchase" required for reimbursement.
- Submit for Reimbursement
- Log in to your HSA or FSA administrator's portal.
- Upload your itemized receipt and your LMN, if required.
- Your administrator will process the claim and deposit the funds back into your personal account.
